Revelation Watch preserves prospective claims as prospective claims.

When a specific expectation, date window, sequence, or observable condition is identified in advance, it may be entered into an immutable prediction ledger with its timestamp, rationale, criteria, and applicable methodology version.

The outcome is evaluated later.

The ledger records:

hits, partial matches, misses, ambiguous outcomes, and unresolved outcomes.

Misses are not deleted.

Criteria are not loosened after the fact.

A prediction that seemed compelling beforehand remains visible even when it fails.

This matters because a system that remembers only successful correspondences cannot tell us whether it is detecting signal or merely preserving coincidence.

Prospective validation turns interpretation into something that can actually be tested.
